This policy applies to downloadable digital products sold by ABF — A Better Flow.

Customer-convenience cancellation

Because access to the digital product is made available immediately after successful payment, cancellations and refunds for change of mind, compatibility assumptions not stated on the product page, or failure to use the product are generally not accepted after purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

When we will investigate a refund

Please contact us if you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase, the delivered archive is materially corrupted or inaccessible, the delivered files materially differ from the product description, or you believe a charge was unauthorized. We will investigate and, where appropriate, replace the delivery or issue a full or partial refund.

How to request support

Use the contact form and include the purchase email, approximate purchase time, product name and a short description of the problem. Do not send full card details.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
