ABF — A Better Flow collects only information reasonably needed to sell, deliver and support its digital products.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. ABF does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe may collect payment, identity, tax and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Order and delivery data

ABF — A Better Flow may store the Stripe Checkout session identifier, product identifier, purchase amount/currency, test/live mode, purchase status, customer email supplied through Checkout, delivery limits and related accounting/audit data.

Contact form

When you contact us, we store the email address, topic and message you submit so that we can respond, investigate support issues, and satisfy legal or compliance obligations.

Product data

The Review Exporter product is designed as a local workflow. Its browser capture script contains no network request and its Python converter uses no external API. Your Overleaf project source and captured review data are not intentionally uploaded to ABF — A Better Flow by the product.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. We use restricted server access, signed download links, and limited download windows. No system can guarantee absolute security.
